Traffic Exchanges are a good way to get exposure for your website.  However, don't assume that just because people are seeing your site on a traffic exchange that you'll see tons of sales result from it.  The truth is that most people who use traffic exchanges are just clicking on your site to accumulate points so they can get people to view their sites.  However, it is a numbers games just like a lot of things on the Internet.  You may get one out of twenty people to actually look closely at your site.  That is why it is extremely important that you get their attention immediately.  People will never look beyond your index page unless you have something that's really eye catching.

There are hundreds of traffic exchanges out there, but here are some fo the better ones.  It's a good idea to use several of them, because it will improve your odds of converting the traffic into sales.
